Swaminathan, the father of the bride started talking in a joyous tone, jubilant over the marriage of his daughter. “I’ve retired from service after working in Sundaram Braking Lining. My wife Shanti is a housewife. I’ve three daughters. My first daughter Lakshmipriya has done M. Sc., she is married. The second daughter Umamaheswari has done MSW, MSRM; she is also married and is in U. S. Manjubhashini is the youngest. We were looking for an alliance for her. She is a divorcee. She has completed B. E. / ECE. We learnt about the reliability of KMMatrimony and were impressed with the firm talk of Mr. Mohan during the shooting for the Sun TV program. We registered under the ‘Exclusive scheme’ category. The alliance was finalized in December last. The bridegroom Ashok had also registered with KMMatrimony under the same scheme. The boy’s father spoke to us first. The boy is also a divorcee. He has done post-graduation in engineering; he is working as IT Team Leader in a company in Washington in America. He is the only child of his parents, who live in Virugambakkam.

I met Ashok along with my first son-in-law. I liked the boy at the first meeting itself. We then arranged for a meeting of the boy and the girl along with their families. Both found themselves to be compatible. The boy’s native place is Arni and many of his relatives are there in that town. They all attended the marriage. Many offers came after registration and there was very good response. Ashok was the ‘varan’ we all liked very much. Here, I’ve to mention one thing without fail – I felt mentally relieved and felt like entering a temple when I entered Kalyanamalai office. I was impressed with the writing on a board which read ‘High quality service, full satisfaction of the customers, reliability – Kalyanamalai’s policy’.

The impressive lines from ‘Success stories’, seen on the inner walls of the front office carry depth and reliability. My wish is that my daughter’s marriage should also be mentioned in these lines. It should be highlighted that my daughter and son-in-law, both were divorcees before their second marriage. This would dispel the fears in the minds of the divorcees about their future and instill hope about remarriage – the credit goes to Kalyanamalai. People should know about this. I requested Mr. Mohan that he should bless the couple by giving the ‘thaali’ with his own hand to the bridegroom during the ‘muhurtham’. The wedding was celebrated on 19th February at the Vadapalani temple. Mr. Mohan fulfilled our expectation by his presence and by giving the ‘thaali’ to the groom. This incident itself will show how much respect and appreciation I’ve for Kalyanamalai whose yeoman service should benefit all the divorcees.”

Kalyanamalai blesses and wishes the couple Ashok - Manjubhashini a long and happy marriage!
