“I registered with Kalyanamalai when I started looking for an alliance for my brother. Nobody expected that the alliance would materialize in just two weeks,” Priyadarshini, the groom’s sister started talking to us in an emotive tone. “We had lost our parents and I was particular that my brother Ravishankar should never get the feeling that he was alone in his life because of his being parentless. He is working in an IT firm in Bangalore. I registered with the Bangalore branch of Kalyanamalai in August 2010. We started getting details about a number of ‘varans’ from KMMatrimony. My elder brother’s marriage was also initiated by Kalyanamalai only.I knew that Ravishankar’s marriage would surely be initiated by Kalyanamalai but I never expected it to happen in just two weeks! The girl Jeyajothi had also registered with KMM. Her family also lives in Bangalore. As we liked the girl’s family very much we decided to celebrate the marriage at the earliest. I might have done the duty of a mother to Ravi though I am only his sister but, Kalyanamalai played the role of our parents in initiating his marriage. Thanks to Mr. Mohan’s blessings, he got a wholesome and satisfactory marriage and I got peace of mind having found a suitable match to my brother Ravi,” Priyadarshini concluded exuding happiness and contentment.
