Love is bliss …! – Prof. K. Gnanasambhandan
Amudha Gnanasambhandan: We undertake ‘padayatra’ to Pazhani every year. During the holidays, both my relatives and his relatives would together visit us. And, we all will go to our village or a movie. We always go to the second show. The entire time will be spent in joking and merriment. My husband never keeps any discontentment in mind for long. He’ll defuse the situation by his jokes in a row. And, he’ll never fail to appreciate good things in others. This good nature has earned him the love and affection of his relatives and has won him a big circle of friends. He can be counted as one among the very few men who help their wives become postgraduates. Our son-in-law is also a very benevolent person like my husband. We are all really very proud of him.
The couple together said:
“We want to give a piece of advice to all the newly weds. We are not asking you to avoid fighting, but it is more important to shake hands immediately. Never allow differences to grow to the extent of creating a gap between you both. The love you enjoy after a tiff will be more enjoyable. You can understand this unparalleled joy only when you experience it. We pray to God that all those couple entering a new phase in their life through the beautiful institution called ‘Marriage’ live happily and prosperously for long. ‘Light Foundation’ is doing yeoman service in making efforts at strengthening family ties and marriage.
We feel invigorated at dawn on seeing the sun-drenched greenery, looking refreshingly fresh and green bathed in the rain of the previous day. The clouds gather and give rain to show their love for the vegetation and Mother Earth.”
The heart-felt words of the Gnanasambhandan couple entered our mind as the fresh mizzles. This world is full of love. Let us all give love and take love. Let this be our ‘mantra’ for life. There’ll be no dearth of love and affection.
